Get To Know Me A Little Bit…
My name is Ahmad Ben. I’m a 24 year old millennial born in the UK with a passion for personal development and success.
Is the corporate life not what you thought it was? Are you sick and tired of waking up to that alarm clock and commuting to work everyday? Are you tired of being tired all the time?
My passion is to inspire people to be different. To carve your own path instead of following the well-trodden one. To show you that there is another way.
I care deeply about helping people realise the opportunities available to them in this day and age. We all have the ability to become self-reliant and live life on our own terms. To fulfil our purpose and live a life of true abundance. This is all thanks to the internet.
The traditional path of going to school – college – university so you can get a degree and find a good job is a one size fits all, broken system that is now saturated with people that cant even find the job they’ve spent a quarter of their life studying towards!
Don’t get me wrong, University can still be a great right of passage and is still a requirement for certain career paths, BUT it is a system that just isn’t for everyone.
Times have changed. We are now in the digital age.
A time where the technology you have in your pocket is thousands of times more powerful than the apollo spaceship that landed on the moon 50 or so years ago (really).
Technology that allows you to connect with people at the other side of the planet in seconds and potentially reach millions of people at the touch of a button.
The majority of us have no idea how powerful the technology we have access to really is. It has opened doors that didn’t even exist twenty years ago.
You no longer require a degree to earn a significant income. The majority of owners of all the biggest and most successful companies are high-school drop-outs. I appreciate that these are exceptional examples but there are thousands of people who have successfully started online businesses in just a few short months.
You don’t need to have the success of Richard Branson to live life on your own terms. $10,000 a month is completely life-changing for most people.
The current educational system is based on memory and repetition. We don’t learn about important things like critical thinking or self-improvement.
It teaches you how to become an employee – So you can spend two thirds of your life climbing up that greasy pole for a corporate that probably doesn’t give two shits about you.
Why Does Bengu Marketing Exist?
Bengu Marketing was created out of an inspiration for affiliate marketing and online business. Our goal is to overwhelm you with value and provide cutting-edge training and mentorships that will help you start a wildly profitable online business. The reason I’m so passionate about online business is because it allows us to be truly free. You don’t need to be tied down to any particular location and you can earn passive income.
Running a business from your laptop doesn’t have to be a pipe-dream anymore.
We’ve partnered up with one of the leading online business training and mentorship companies (The Six Figure Mentors) to offer some of the best training you can get on affiliate marketing and online business. Our trainings are designed with speed in mind and gives you a unique opportunity to earn while you learn so you don’t waste time being stuck in “learning mode”.
I’ve also created this website so I can share many things i’ve learnt over the years. Too many of us follow a certain path in life just because our parents told us or because it is the “done” thing. Only to come to a realisation years later that we have no interest in it or even hate it all together!
“If you end up with a boring miserable life because you listened to your mom, your dad, your teacher, your priest, or some guy on television telling you how to do your shit, then you deserve it.” — Frank Zappa
How I Got Started With Affiliate Marketing (and failed)
I stumbled onto affiliate marketing at the ripe age of 14. Even back then as a pre-pubescent teen, I understood the basic concept and thought the business model was amazing… I could make money by referring someone to a product I don’t need to own or produce? Not even ship it out? WOW!
I quickly taught myself some basic web design skills and built my first website around a backup software product that was doing this affiliate promotion campaign. Needless to say, I didn’t make any sales but I did manage to get to the very top of Google with my chosen keyword which I thought was a stupendous result considering it was my first time doing SEO and I was new to all things affiliate marketing.
After that failed attempt I parked my affiliate marketing for the foreseeable future, but it always remained in the back of my mind.
A few years later I gave it a proper shot again, this time I was older, smarter and wiser. I found an affiliate network that was packed with tutorials and how-to guides on doing everything from setting up your website to search engine optimisation and Google PPC.
I got much further this time, I had a professional looking website in the health and nutrition niche promoting various supplements, but the thing I didn’t realise was that I was spreading myself way too thin, trying to do absolutely everything without even considering outsourcing anything. I also realised that I didn’t have much of an interest for the products I was promoting, making it very difficult for me to do the work required.
I quickly became overwhelmed at the sheer scale of the tasks I had assigned to myself and was spending too much time watching training videos but not actually taking any action!
I slowly started to lose motivation due to the overwhelm and lack of motivation in general for the things I was promoting.
I was still determined to generate an income through affiliate marketing and after scouring the internet I eventually discovered some fantastic training resources that allowed me to promote products and services I really cared about.
I stumbled onto a system and found mentors that taught me the skill sets and mind sets required for success on the internet. I was empowered with the right education and the tools I needed to become self-reliant online.
My mentors taught me many valuable lessons and made me realise the reasons for my previous failures.
After becoming successful with affiliate marketing I realised that it was so difficult to find the right training and mentorship we need when we’re first starting out.
This is one of the main reason I launched Bengu Marketing. To arm people with powerful education and skill sets they need to run a successful online business and foster personal growth, independence and freedom.
